Booking steps
Four steps take a student group from a shortlisted route to confirmed seats. Every fare is quoted per person based on 20 travelers; smaller groups receive a revised quote before any deposit is taken.
Tell us the route, the month and how many students travel. We hold the quoted per-person fare for seven days while your group collects names. Compare route fares.
The deposit confirms seats on the group coach and the reserved hostel beds. It is deducted from each traveler's balance. It is not credit and no installment plan is offered.
A signed list from your university with full names, dates of birth and student ID numbers. It supports student-rate accommodation and a seat on the group coach; without it we re-quote at the standard fare. See what the fare covers.
The remaining balance is due 30 days before departure by bank transfer from the group leader's account. Unpaid balances release the held beds to the waiting list. Passports, visas and insurance stay with each traveler.
Before you pay
Group coach transport from Kyiv, budget hostel or student residence beds, the sightseeing listed on each route, and one group leader for the whole trip. Every fare row states its basis, for example 189 EUR per person based on 20 travelers.
A 50 EUR per person reservation deposit holds the seats. The remaining balance is due 30 days before departure by bank transfer. This is a staged payment schedule, not a credit or installment plan.
Travelers do. Passports, visas and entry requirements are the student's own responsibility and are not included in the fare. We share the document checklist for each route, but we cannot guarantee a visa decision.
Visas, travel insurance, meals that are not listed in the day plan, optional excursions, personal expenses and local city taxes. Optional excursions are shown with example prices and a clear not-included label so students can budget separately.
Group size is quoted in steps of 6, 10, 16 and 24 travelers, so a change re-issues the quote with a new per-person figure. Cancellation terms are set out in our cancellation and refund policy.
