Seller identification

shpdfvibe.com (LLC), EDRPOU 33445538, 48 Volodymyrska St, Kyiv, 01034, Ukraine, contact@shpdfvibe.com, +380 960 878 8209, is the trader for all bookings made on this site. Pre-contract information is given under Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce' of 3 September 2015 and Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' of 10 June 2023.

Booking and eligibility

Bookings are confirmed on written confirmation and a 30% deposit; the balance is due 21 days before the start. Prices in UAH include mandatory taxes and fees. Travellers must be 18 or older, or have written guardian consent. Student rates require a valid student ID or enrolment letter; otherwise standard prices apply. Programmes run with 10–30 participants, and we may cancel with a full refund if the minimum is not reached.

Included and excluded

Included: sessions, listed accommodation, scheduled transfers and materials. Excluded: flights, visas, insurance, unlisted meals, personal expenses and optional excursions.

Itinerary and liability

We may change timings, venues or speakers for reasons beyond our control, giving equivalent substitutes; material changes are notified in advance. We are liable for services we contract but not for force majeure, third-party transport failure or independent providers. Travel insurance is the traveller's responsibility.

shpdfvibe.com is an independent private LLC, not a university, government body or state agency. Nothing on this site implies affiliation with, endorsement by or accreditation from any university or official institution.

Complaints and data

Cancellation and refund terms appear at checkout. Complaints: contact@shpdfvibe.com, answered within 10 business days; disputes may go to the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection or to a court. Personal data are processed under Law of Ukraine No. 3679-IX 'On Personal Data Protection' of 25 April 2024.
