Cancellation and Refund Policy

Information before booking

Before payment we show the total price including taxes and mandatory fees, cancellation and refund terms, and complaint procedure. These terms follow Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' of 10 June 2023 and Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce' of 3 September 2015.

Cancellation by you

• 14+ days before start: full refund less non-refundable third-party fees disclosed at checkout.
• 7–13 days before start: 50% refund.
• Under 7 days or no-show: no refund.

Changes and rescheduling

One change is free up to 14 days before start, subject to availability. Later changes may be refused or charged at the rate shown at booking.

Minimum participants and cancellation by us

If the minimum number of participants is not reached, or we cannot provide the service for reasons within our control, you may choose a full refund or a free reschedule. We will notify you before the start date.

Refunds

Approved refunds are paid within 14 calendar days to the original payment method, unless another method is agreed in writing. Non-refundable bank or payment-provider fees are not returned.

Complaints and disputes

Send complaints to contact@shpdfvibe.com or +380 960 878 8209. We reply within 30 days. You may also contact the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection or apply to a court. Personal data is processed under Law of Ukraine No. 3679-IX 'On Personal Data Protection' of 25 April 2024.
